in a name?
We are driven to deliver visually stunning, efficient, world-class events
Not a catalogue based hire company.. not stylists tweaking cutlery.. not dusting off James Bond silhouettes.. Season was born to redesign the elements that shape contemporary corporate event spaces.
These design ideas are formed from our years of industry experience combined with a fresh eye on what today's corporate events need.
We started from scratch to deeply consider what makes a striking entrance, an on-brand photo backdrop, stage decor that takes light beautifully, a smart chandelier, authentic table decor, robust furnishings that truly suit a venue....
The Season team are architects of the event space; building a specific look and feel that enhances the venue, personifies the client and honours the occasion at hand.
Creating concepts with both a high-end finish and a strong sustainable focus is at our heart, and aligns beautifully with the brand values of our clients.
We settled on the name 'Season' to cover four core areas of our work - scroll on for more details.

Esther Riley BDes, BA
Est / Esty / Estherclaus
Bachelor of Design and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology... solving spatial design problems and cooking up strategy since 2009.
Wanted to be a set designer, however an allergy to musical theatre led to the world of corporate events… enjoys creating considered spaces for guests to interact within.
Creates and troubleshoots between 2d and 3d, speaks builder and draws together technical fabrication with our talented extended family.
Also a tiny-house designer + worm farmer.

Bachelor of Design with Honours in Graphic Design: designing events+creating art since 2015
Loves the excitement and satisfaction of creating a stylish and striking event. Craves keeping at the forefront of global trends, and coming up with the next-best-thing.
Competitive and ambitious, a live wire who brings un-filtered light and humour to the world.
Keeps the sales, logistics and graphic design under control, along with thousands of event photographs and an increasing number of green fingers.
Also an open water swim champ + knows all about potatoes.
