Pinot Noir VIP Event

Come along with the team to create a magical dining experience in the iconic Te Matatiki Toi Ora The Arts Centre.

ChristchurchNZ hosted VIP Pinot Noir NZ guests at Hakari - a celebration of Our Place - showcasing the talents of North Canterbury wine makers and the bounty of the region presented by Jonny Schwass + White Tie.

Epic Entertainment delighted guests with sweet vocals + wearable art statuettes drawn from the braided rivers of the region.

Special seasoning: Anchoring the unique meandering table layout with a glowing

core - so guests gathered around the fireplace-effect as dusk set in. We added warm

up-lighting of the surrounding stonework to shape the gathering space.

Table decor illustrated the landscape by featuring alpine to seaside foliage - recreating the journey from the Alps to the Ocean from borage, lupins and astelia to ferns, flaxes and grains from the plains. (Special mention to Matagouri | tumatakuru - made it to VIP dining level!)

Careful touches included a soft native foliage nest for formalities, natural ply custom signage + table lighting to showcase the amazing food + beverage creations.

These elements shaped the evening ambience as guests lingered into the dusk to savour the warmth of the fine Cantabrian hospitality.
